Debbie Marshall is the minister at St. Andrew’s United Church.
She is a graduate of Emmanuel College and has done graduate work in theology at Garrett Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois.
Debbie is also a long time writer and editor who worked as an editor on both the Whole People of God and Bible Quest church school curricula and as resource coordinator for Ten Days for World Development (an ecumenical justice coalition).
She is the author or editor of numerous books, including Big Enough Dreams (an anthology about people with developmental disabilities), Give Your Other Vote to the Sister (a biography of Great War politician Roberta MacAdams), Spirit Quest: Stories from Life, and most recently, Firing Lines: Three Canadian Women Write the First World War.

Deidre Schmidt is our Office Administrator. She has worked for St. Andrew's for 15 years. Deidre does all bookings for Church events, concerts, funerals and weddings. For bookings, call St. Andrew's at 250-753-1924.

Anne Dalton is the Organist and Choir Director at St. Andrew's United Church. She holds degrees in Piano Teaching and Organ Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto. She also sings, plays the cello and various other instruments. Anne has been teaching music for 44 years and has been a church musician for almost 40 years. Her extensive musical experience includes 4 years with the Vancouver Cantata Singers, 15 years with the Lyric Choirs of Surrey and over 20 years as a conductor's assistant with the Vancouver Youth Symphony Orchestra.
